Class Policy:
Here's everything you need to know about taking a class at Castleander

Please pay for your class in full when you sign up.
(That's the only way we'll hold your spot.)

Please have your supplies picked out before the class starts.
(Because the class prices do not include materials.)

Please only sign up only if you intend to come.
(Classes are not refundable.)

Please call a day ahead if you need to reschedule.
(We may be able to transfer your class fee.)

Please be understanding if we need to reschedule the class.
(This rarely happens, and only for a good reason. Blizzard, Flu.We will work with you to reschedule.)

Please arrive on time with your supplies.
(It's not fair to make those who were on time wait while we try to catch you up. You may be refused and forfeit your class fee if you are excessively late)

Please limit cell phone use.
(We know you might have to take the call, but please leave the table if you need to chat.)

Please ask lots of questions!
(We'll only laugh if they are really dumb.)

Please bring drinks or snacks if you'd like.
(Empty bellies are no fun.)

We accept most returns for store credit.
(We are very reasonable people.)

We accept defective merchandise for refund.
(If it doesn't work, it's no good to anyone.)

We love your children, but YOU need to watch them.
(After the water cooler incident.)

We reward referrals.
(Make sure people tell us you sent them!)

We will do special orders, but we might require a deposit.
(We don't want to be stuck with 100 green alien heads.)

We want you to be happy.
(If we can make your shopping better, tell us how.)

We don't tolerate shoplifting.
(We will prosecute.)

We are glad to help with design and technique.
(Saturday afternoon is not the best time for this.)
